Responsible for digital marketing strategy, including web, video, and mobile. Created and managed lead generation campaigns and content, CRM integration, marketing automation rules and workflows, online ad campaigns, and email marketing resulting in a 19% increase in raw and qualified leads and a 17% increase in email CTR in one quarter. Job duties expanded to include user experience/user interface for iPhone applications.

Responsible for marketing and interaction design for a mobile application and platform development start-up. Marketing duties included web marketing, print ads, domestic and international tradeshow management, customer events, and collateral (editorial, design, and production).Redesigned and implemented Azingo’s new corporate identity in six weeks. Composed 12 original ringtones in 10 hours. UE/UI design work included the Azingo Active Homescreen and mobile web browser, media player, and web widgets; collaborated in developing the physics model and visual design, and worked as a consultant with LG’s mobile software division.

Responsible for all online and web marketing initiatives, including online lead generation, design and production of Saba.com and the corporate intranet, customer email campaigns, SEO, SEM, online editorial content, Salesforce.com integration, and online banner advertising. Managed a staff of two, plus agencies, web vendors, and part-time contractors. Campaigns resulted in increasing lead generation by 20+% and generating ~$3M in incremental revenue in 6 months. Awarded Employee Excellence Award after two quarters. Produced, directed, and edited HD customer and demo videos.

Other accomplishments include the enterprise customer sales portal program and increasing landing conversion and translating the company’s 2005 rebranding campaign across all online properties.

Created site designs, graphics, animated banners, editorial content, and HTML scripting for public website and intranet. Personalized newsletter initiative resulted in a 20% return, an eight-fold increase in subscribers, and a 50% increase in monthly sales.
